The
Canungra Area:
Canungra was always thought to be a long distance from the
Gold Coast, however with improved roads; people explored and realized it is not
so far away. It is approx 20 mins to Nerang, 35mins to our beautiful beaches,
25mins to Beaudesert and 50mins to Brisbane City. Due to this, Canungra has
experienced a growth in population with people wanting a change in “lifestyle”
to a country atmosphere. The population has now exceeded 3000, including
surrounding areas.
There have been provisions for future acreage & residential
subdivision to support this growth; also a proposal for a retirement village and
a new shopping centre.
In my 5 years of real estate in Canungra, there has always

I think this is due to the close proximity to the Gold Coast and also the
Canungra army barracks.
